Sweet Group was hired by JW Marriott to perform a complete renovation of some of their premiere luxury suites in New York City: Essex House's most premier suites, the JW Terrace Suite, Central Park Terrace Suite, and the Presidential Suite. Each suite features two spacious bedrooms, lavish living areas, ornate, spa style bathrooms, elaborate stone & wood craftsmanship, and private terraces with iconic views of Manhattan and Central Park. The terraces overlooking Central Park were fitted out with new custom lighting, custom made fire pits, putting greens, ping pong tables, and high-end exterior furniture. 

Each room within each suite was unique in wall & floor finishes. Over (35) different types of stone and tiles were used within these suites, along with varying plaster wall finishes throughout each. The suites contained private pantries and amenities for special event hosting for each.
